Who I am

Ellen Rosenbloom was born on an air force base in Clovis, New Mexico. Her family lived in the Bronx, Brooklyn and New Jersey. She moved to NYC for college and never looked back. She met her best friend and husband, Adam ten years ago. They reside on the Upper  Eastside in Manhattan.

She has a dollhouse she has carefully been renovating and decorating. She has worked as a Copywriter for over 15 years. Ellen received her MFA in Poetry from the New School and has a BS from Skidmore College in Fine Art. She has studied poetry at the 92nd Street Y.

Her poems have been published in many literary journals and websites. Her full-length book, Passing Through will be released in fall 2026 and her newest full-length book, Lean will be released in summer, 2027. More chapbooks coming: stay tuned.
